These terms apply to muonixlabs.com and muoninsight.com (the "websites") and to downloading Muon Insight from the links on them. By using the websites or Muon Insight, you agree to them.

Muon Insight

Muon Insight is free to use during its public beta. Your use of the software is also governed by the license published with its source code. [TODO: choose and publish the software license, then link it here]

Muon Insight is beta software. Features, settings and modules can change between releases, and paid plans may be introduced later.

Your responsibility

Muon Insight runs diagnostics and, when you confirm them, actions that change computers, such as repairs, restarts and profile removal. You decide when and where to run it. Test it in your environment first, make sure you're authorized to work on the computers you target, and keep backups.

No warranty

The websites and Muon Insight are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that they will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muonix Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the websites or Muon Insight.

Names and third-party products

"Muonix Labs" and "Muon Insight" are names used by Muonix Labs. Third-party product names on the websites are used only to describe compatibility; see the trademark notice. Links to other sites, such as GitHub, are provided for convenience, and those sites have their own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
